In 1985, Shelly B. Kulwin founded and established Kulwin & Associates. In 1997, Jeffrey R. Kulwin, joined the firm and later became a partner. In 2006, Anthony J. Masciopinto joined, and the three of them formed and established Kulwin, Masciopinto & Kulwin, L.L.P.
