EXPERIENCE
Zac has represented individuals and businesses in complex litigation cases involving business disputes, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, fraud, employment discrimination, retaliatory discharge, civil rights violations, whistle-blower claims, defamation, breach of contract, invasion of privacy, and negligence (personal injury / premises liability).
Zac has extensive experience taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
Prior to joining the firm, Zac worked at personal injury law firms helping clients recover hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation for their injuries.
Zac is also one of the founding board members of EJCAN – a nonprofit organization which informs, educates, and empowers communities to confront environmental injustice.
