Obtained dismissal of indictment, following federal court hearing, against corporate executive charged with corporate espionage and theft to corporate trade secrets, including purported provision of such secrets to publicly traded company which manufactured industrial use light bulbs and tubes.  The case was an offshoot of an anti-trust investigation into the publicly traded company which was represented by the former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois.
